Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or made to order item. See our returns & shipping policy for more details on our pre-order items. 

For pre-orders, please anticipate additional time for production and shipping, with wait times typically ranging from 4-9 weeks. Delays may be more common with pre-orders; if we exceed the estimated time, you may request a refund.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
