Shipping Policy

Estimated Arrival:
Please allow 1-5 weeks for product arrival. We provide regular updates, including any applicable delays, on our Instagram account. For pre-orders, please anticipate additional time for production and shipping, with wait times typically ranging from 4-9 weeks. Delays may be more common with pre-orders; if we exceed the estimated time, you may request a refund.

Timeliness of Orders:
We do our best to send out all orders in a timely manner. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping Rates & Info:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer both standard and expedited shipping options. You will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information once your order has shipped.

Returned Orders:
If your order is returned to sender for any reason, we cannot accept responsibility. If you need the package reshipped, you will need to purchase a new shipping label and provide it to us via email at officialtanu.shop@gmail.com.

Order Tracking:
After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
